SERVICES INCLUDED WITH YOUR WEDDING

Initial Inquiry:
Our team can provide you with a site tour, venue and catering information, food and beverage planning, create an itemized cost estimate, group lodging pricing information at our various lodging properties, and any additional information regarding our services and activities to help your planning process go smoothly. A list of recommended vendors will also be provided.

Planning Services:

  • A detailed planning meeting with you, your fiancé, your Wedding Planner and/or anyone else directly involved with your event. This meeting can be in person or over the phone.
  • Once details have been chosen, your wedding manager will provide you with an outline of the catering and venue details for the event.
  • A designed floor plan of your function space, which will allow you to provide seating arrangements.
  • Create an operational timeline for the ceremony and reception.
  • Coordinating with the banquet team for a seamless transition from setup to event service.
  • Assistance in coordinating logistics with third-party vendors.
  • Aid in planning additional activities provided at Mammoth Resorts.
  • Reserve Mammoth Mountain’s transportation options upon request.
  • Provide information and planning assistance regarding venues (within our portfolio) for additional events, including rehearsal dinners, brunches and parties. Check with wedding manager.
On-Site Venue Services:
  • Execution and coordination of agreed timeline for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception, to ensure all major events occur when scheduled including grand entrance, first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, and more.
  • Overseeing venue setup, contract fulfillment and assisting third-party vendors as needed.


VENUE ADMINISTRATION

All of our ceremony locations are governed by the U.S. Forest Service, and many are open to the public. Because of this, we do require a Mammoth Wedding Manager to be present throughout your event. This staff member will be the person you work with to schedule and coordinate operational details of your rehearsal and wedding day, as well as direct nearby Mammoth guests who are not associated with your event.

Weddings FAQ

HOW CAN I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE WEDDING VENUES IN PERSON?
A wedding venue tour is complimentary. Please contact the catering department to schedule your tour.

HOW DO I RESERVE A WEDDING VENUE AND DATE?
Your wedding manager will help you to determine if your preferred wedding venue is available on the date that you are interested in. A contract will be sent for you to review and sign. When you receive your countersigned contract, your wedding date and venue are official.

WHEN IS THE DEPOSIT DUE AND HOW MUCH IS IT?
The initial deposit is $2000 due at the time of contract signing.

WHEN DO I NEED TO CHOOSE A WEDDING MENU AND PROVIDE FINAL GUEST?
Your wedding menu selection can starting at 3-4 months prior to the wedding date and needs to be finalized 30 days prior to your wedding date along with your guest count.

CAN YOU GIVE US SUGGESTIONS FOR FLORISTS, BAKERIES, DJS AND MINISTERS FOR THE AREA?
Of course! We have a list of suggested vendors that will be sent to you once we receive your signed contract and deposit.

CAN WE DO A WEDDING MENU TASTING?
Yes. We have tasting events twice a year that our contracted couples are invited to attend. These events offer wedding menu options, local vendors, our team to help you get started with planning private tastings available for an additional charge.
