Express Ticket Pickup Box

Expedite your access to the mountain using our self-service ticket printing pickup boxes when you purchase your Lift, Scenic Gondola Ride, or Bike Park tickets online. It's quick and easy, just follow these steps and you'll be on the hill in no time.


  1. Save Your Confirmation Email
    After you purchase your ticket(s) online, you'll receive a confirmation email with a unique barcode. Save this email as you'll need to scan the barcode once you are at the mountain to redeem your ticket(s).

  2. Locate an Express Ticket Pickup Box
    When you arrive in Mammoth, simply visit any of our Express Ticket Pickup Box locations. Please see the FAQ section below for a list of locations.

  3. Scan Your Barcode Straight from Your Phone
    Using your phone or printed email confirmation, scan your barcode at the pickup box. The box will print all your tickets in your order onto RFID cards used for lift access.

  4. Put Your Ticket Safely Away on Your Left Side
    When you have your ticket(s) in hand, be sure and put them in a secure pocket on the left side of your body and separate from things such as credit/debit cards, cell phones, digital music players, or any foil-wrapped items such as gum wrappers, cold medicine, etc.

  5. Have Fun!

How Do They Work?

Just scan the barcode from your confirmation email to redeem ticket(s). You can print out the email or scan right from your phone.

What If I Don't Have a Barcode or Can't Find One?

If you do not have barcode, please visit a ticket counter at any base lodge, rental shop, or the Mountain Center in The Village for assistance.

What Tickets Can I Pick Up?

Single and multi-day lift tickets, Scenic Gondola Ride tickets and Bike Park tickets purchased online.

What Tickets are not Express Box Eligible?

The 3-Up Ticket and Quad Pack+ Packs, Twilight Bike Park Tickets, Bike Park Pass Friends & Family Tickets, and Adventure Pass products must be picked up at any open ticket counter. Any non-ticket items such as rentals and lessons, must be redeemed at ticket counters as well.

What If I Have Other Items on My Reservation?

You may redeem ticket(s) at an Express Ticket Pickup box with a barcode, but you will still need to visit a ticket or rental counter for other items, such as lessons and rentals, on your reservation. When visiting a ticket counter, you may pick up all items on your reservation.

What If I Need Changes to My Reservation?

Please call 800.MAMMOTH or visit a ticket counter to make changes to an existing reservation. Also, please see our activity change policy.

When Should I Redeem My Tickets?

You may pick your ticket(s) up at any time.
